15,000 Free Holiday Meals to Veterans

Mark Baylis hopes for donations to support the Thanksgiving Holiday Meal program, aiming to provide 15,000 meals for over 530 veterans and their families, emphasizing that the success of the holiday food drive relies on the generosity of individuals, communities, businesses, and volunteers who contribute to offering essential meal boxes during Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Today we want to thank a tremendous pair of volunteers.

Susan and Mary, dedicated supporters of veterans, have undertaken two endurance drives to North Carolina to bring back four companion dog puppies each trip from a trusted breeder, contributing to Valor's success of gifting over 45 dogs to veterans since 2012, aiming to provide love and support for those struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues.

Volunteers (Veterans and Civilians) Join Forces to build a new deck for a disabled Marine Veteran / Double Amputee

On December 2nd, Veterans and civilians united to construct a new deck and ADA-compliant steps for a Navy Veteran, a double amputee who had been homebound due to unsafe steps for over a year and a half.

Hazelton Stand Down

On December 3rd, volunteers and the community joined forces for the Hazleton Stand Down event, where a dedicated team provided assistance to 5 veterans, a veteran's spouse, and 45 civilians in Hazleton, PA, offering food, clothing, and hygiene items, and expressing gratitude to all involved.
