On November 22nd, 2023 we wanted to thank our adventurous team of dedicated volunteers for their hard work in Lehighton Stand Down.
During our Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday. Thanks to many individuals, businesses and volunteers who contribute and to our dedicated team. We had more than 500 veterans and family members in several counties were given free breakfast and dinner meals to prepare.
On November 25th, 2023, we thanked all the volunteers who braved the cold at our Stand Down in the Lehigh Valley. We continued to see new faces and an increasing number of those in need. Volunteers served up 80 hot turkey dinners to people in the streets.
Two phase holistic approach to facilitating a healthy war to peace readjustment for Veterans struggling with the service to civilian transition. Phase 1 involves Veteran support group participation moderated by peers who guide discussion and discovery.
Veterans struggling with the war to peace readjustment encounter significant cultural norms that cause tremendous conflict in their lives.
Three phased Collective impact homeless Veteran recovery program. Phase 1 provides mobile homeless outreach supportive services providing critical life support services like clothing, food and hygiene items where the homeless who are transportation challenged live.
