Wilkes-Barre Stand Down

Wilkes Barre:  Stand Downs are held on the first Sunday of January, March, May, July, September and November.  Set up begins at 9:30 am for volunteers.  Homeless or at risk clients at 10 am until 1 pm behind the McDonalds at theintersection of Market Street and Wilkes Barre Blvd.
