Lehighton Stand Down – April 22nd, 2026
Please note: Lehighton Stand Downs are Veterans-Only Events.
Today we want to thank our 12 Volunteers for helping 66 Veterans and 38 Dependents in Lehighton. We were able to assist 104 individuals! VALOR distributed 280 items – including FREE clothing, boots, shoes, and basic necessities like non-perishable food and hygiene bags.
We extend our sincere thanks to American Legion Post 314 in Lehighton for their continued support of our Lehighton Stand Downs and their dedication to VALOR Clinic’s mission. Veterans and volunteers were grateful for the comfortable indoor space.
For Veterans and homeless Veterans in need of basic necessities (including clothing, footwear, and non-perishable meals) and connections to supportive services, as well as those interested in Volunteering, our next Lehighton Stand Down takes place on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 - from 8:30 am until 12:30 PM.
