No Veteran should be forced to choose between celebrating a holiday and paying the electric bill or taking their child to the dentist! We provide this service around the holidays three times a year – Spring, Fall and Winter. Spring Holiday Meal Recipients receive a standard food basket.
This Easter, you can help ensure no Veteran family in our community faces an empty table. Through your support of our Holiday Meals program, Veterans and their families will gather together with full plates, full hearts, and the reassurance that their community remembers and honors their service.
Due to the incredible generosity our community has shown in supporting our Holiday Meal Program, we now have more families to serve than ever before. Thanks to your commitment to Veterans, VALOR was able to provide 61,860 meals for 2,060 struggling Veterans and their families during the holidays of 2025. This also means we need caring Volunteers to help pack and deliver these holiday meal boxes to local families who are counting on us.
Can you help us serve local Veterans and their families this Easter?
With just a few hours of your time, you can ensure a Veteran family sits down to a warm, complete holiday meal. Each Holiday Meal Box provides enough food for 30 meals, giving families more than just a holiday dinner — it provides lasting support.

Location: Camp Trexler, just down the road from VALOR's Paul's House Shelter (1130 Scenic Drive, Kunkletown, PA)
