Veterans & Family Fly Fishing - July 19, 2026
Today we want to thank our supporters, team, community partner and site hosts for their efforts in support of our recent fly fishing event on a private high quality stream in Stroudsburg, PA. The event was enjoyed by Veterans, First Responders and family members. It was a wonderful day.
An Army career (22 years) Veteran's son caught the most fish by far bringing in browns, rainbows and a brookie! We are grateful to our hosts for allowing us access to their stellar estate.
We were honored to have John Smith from Trout Unlimited (Broadhead Chapter # 289) join us again. The TU chapter rocked it by hand tying flies for our guests. Thank you, John, for sharing your time, talent, and passion with our Veterans and families — your support truly helped make the day special.
Our cook made awesome field meals for both breakfast and lunch. Our instructors and guides organized and guided the event. The people we serve made the day worth hosting.

No gear? No problem. Guides and equipment are provided. Two track wheelchairs are also available to ensure everyone can participate. If you need one, please contact us in advance so we can reserve it for you.
