What is the Homebound Program?
VALOR Clinic Foundation provides non-perishable food to those who qualify once per month. We deliver directly to the veteran. We do our very best to accommodate your needs from our food pantry.
Who’s qualified: Those who served, disabled, homebound, low income, or need temp. assistance. We deliver 1-4 bags of food. We do not deliver perishable foods or cold items.
At the time we conduct your intake, we’ll do our best to match your likes to what we get donated.
If approved, a VALOR Clinic Foundation representative will contact you to set up an appointment to go over everything in more detail and to learn more about you. This program and all our services are Free to those who served and their families.
Counties currently covered are Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, Pike, Luzerne
