Hope for the Homeless

Three phased Collective impact homeless Veteran recovery program. Phase 1 provides mobile homeless outreach supportive services providing critical life support services like clothing, food and hygiene items where the homeless who are transportation challenged live.

Case management and permanent supportive housing is available for homeless Veterans. In Phase 2 Veterans are provided option to live at one of our Homeless Veteran Sanctuaries where we provide counseling, employment skills, room and board, transportation support, case management and recidivism prevention classes. Phase 3 provides house hold items and goods to set up apartments for homeless Veterans when moving into permanent supportive housing.
