Texas soldier's remains from Korean War identified, returning home

SAN ANTONIO - Decades after the Korean War, a Texas soldier's remains are finally returning home.

The soldier, who was killed in action, was identified last August and officials have since tracked down his family.

U.S. Army Corporal Eriverto Ortiz of Batesville, about an hour Southwest of San Antonio, died at 27-years-old after he went missing in action in South Korea in 1950.
