On Monday 5, 2025, VALOR Clinic Foundation and community volunteers joined forces to serve lunch at the Lehigh Conference of Churches, demonstrating the transformative impact of collective action.
Today we want to thank our 5 Teammates and Volunteers for helping 14 Veterans, 1 Veteran Dependent and 1 Civilian. On another beautiful, sunny day we assisted 16 individuals with water, clothing, shoes, food bags, hygiene bags, and other basic needs.
Today we want to thank the 23 Volunteers and our team who conducted the Dansbury Park Stand Down. They provided much needed basic essential items to 10 Veterans, 4 Dependents, and 27 Civilians, for a total of 41 helped. Of that number, two individuals were under 18.
Big news! Today we want to thank The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC), proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, for proudly announcing the successful conclusion of a vital community project made possible through the facilitation of an LSA Monroe grant.
Today we want to thank our team who conducted the Stand Down in Wilkes Barre on May 4th. They did an excellent job amidst showers and temperatures in the low 60s. Not shown in the picture are our friends from the local Outback Steakhouse, who provided a hot meal for the event.
